This can happen due to a number of problems, everything from Ebay sellers taking forever to mail things, to me simply not being able to build fast enough. But then I wrote myself into a corner and had to scrap the idea and find a way to make the first one work. The result was that the original strips 138 through 141 were made non-canon, and replaced. Rejected Strip #141 - Scribe's big mouth After watching a bunch of the Red Hot Chili Peppers' music videos on YouTube, the phrase "I woke up in a world that didn't make sense" poped into my head. I spent the next 24 hours or so working on a simple stick figure comic, which I named Comic 40 because it was 40 panels long. Unfortunately, my handwriting is impossible to read, so I had to go back over the strips in MS Paint just to make it legible. Warning, these are longish and about 1000x1500 pixels in size...
