Building the Ultimate Falcon
The Ultimate Falcon is the biggest LEGO set to date. It's nearly 5000 pieces, nearly a yard long when completed, and costs about 500 bucks. Only a true LEGO Master would buy this thing, and only a true LEGO Master could build it in less than, say, a month.

The Falcon seems to be composed of these three basic components.
I've never even seen a piece like this before...
The minifigures. I've always wanted a Chewbacca.
They gave me an extra head. It's a flesh-colored head with the classic smile. WTF?
By now it already weighs about as much as your average LEGO Starship.
Something bearing a vague resemblance to the skeleton of the Falcon is starting to take shape.
